TCDC Application

Ida Lu & Erin Burns: Tacony Community Development Corporation Application

Dear TCDC Team:

We are Ida Lu and Erin Burns, creative communicators who support small business owners and build community. Drawing from our experience working with government agencies and nonprofits, we would be honored to amplify Tacony Community Development Corporation’s work as your Brand and Web design consultants.

We specialize in designing accessible websites and engaging visuals for diverse audiences. If selected for this project, we would weave together Ida’s user experience background, including working for the City of Alameda, as well as Ida and Erin’s twenty years’ of graphic and web design experience.

Having worked extensively with nonprofits and government-based organizations, we recognize the many demands on staff time beyond design and website maintenance. Accordingly, we prioritize making our websites as easy-to-update as possible, and we are happy to provide training and documentation to your team.

Please see below for our examples of recent branding and web design work, deliverables, pricing and rate for hours beyond the scope of the proposal, process and timeline, and terms.

Thank you!

Ida & Erin
